There is a large, modern kitchen with electric hob, air fryer, microwave, microwave-oven, oven, and a large fridge-freezer.

The kitchen leads to a dining area, which has large patio doors connecting to the garden.

There is a separate utility room/bathroom with a washing machine.

You'll also have use of a large living room with flat-screen TV and BT TV/broadband wifi.

The back garden is kept tidy and attractive, which you are welcome to enjoy any time.

Parking: the street has plenty of space for resident parking.

The detached house is situated on a quiet, safe street with friendly and welcoming neighbours. It sits on the edge of a large grassy area with great views.

The house is newly built and newly furnished. All electrical appliances are therefore new and in excellent condition.

Within 5 minutes' walk, there is a cafe, convenience store, and a GP surgery. The big Sainsbury's is a 6-minute drive. Central Milton Keynes is just a 8-minute drive.

All bills are included. Please provide 1 month's deposit. Rent is payable in advance monthly.
