I purchased last year but will be moving to Reading for around 2 years for work and therefore renting my room out. There is 1 current tenant in the smaller room whose lived with me for the last 15 months. He is very respectful, quiet, and is typically over here for 1-2 weeks of the month due to work. Sometimes he's away for longer so the flat will be entirely yours a lot of the time.

The flat is in Fairfields, a nice and quiet newer estate just a 4-minute drive to Stony Stratford.

MK Centre: 9-minute drive.
MK Central Station: 8-minutes drive.
M1 Motorway: 10 minute drive.

Closest Supermarket is t5 minute walk to Tesco Express.

Everything in the flat will stay when I move, with the exception of taking a few of my plants to live with me! 😂
