Flat share with one other person

I will have a furnished double room for rent in a two bedroom ground floor flat with a garden. Location is in Whitchurch. Approx. 3 miles from Bristol City Centre with good public transport links really close by. If you were to drive, bus or bike ride approx 10-15 minutes in the opposite direction then you find yourself in the countryside where there are nice walks and cosy country pubs with lovely beer gardens. There are also local pubs, shops and restaurants close by. Street parking and bike shed also available.

Not too much distance from Totterdown, Bedminster or Bristol Airport.

I am friendly, straight forward and happy to socialise as well as liking my own space. I go to the gym approx 5 times a week and have really gotten into my fitness and healthy eating. I am incredibly clean and organised so looking for the same in my new flatmate. Happy to live with smokers but outside smoking only.

Person applying must love dogs as I have a 7 y/o deaf French Bulldog who is therefore anxious (due to her deafness) with new people when she first meets them. She will take time to get used to you but once she does, she will absolutely love all of the fuss you give her.

Short term lets considered depending on the length.
