Room for rent in friendly Totterdown house share

We are looking for a new housemate as our current one is sadly moving up north.

The room is on the second floor and faces away from the street into the internal backyards of properties and is very quiet. Being south west facing it gets nice evening sunshine too. The house has three bedrooms in total, a small spare room (good for WFH and with a spare couch too) as well as a shared lounge and kitchen/dining area with outdoor space.

Totterdown is a lovely place to live, with a great cafe right on our street (the sundial), close to Temple Meads station and walking distance to local shops and town, as well as Victoria Park for picnics in summer!

The two existing housemates are Katie (33) and Linda (35). Katie works 9-5 for a bank, and enjoys cooking, music, cycling and traveling. Linda also works 9-5 four days a week and is very active, teaches yoga and attends various dance classes including swing dance. We like to chat while cooking dinner and occasionally eat together too. We are looking for someone of a similar age and schedule, and who is looking for a relaxed and peaceful home.

Rent is £540 per month and bills around £125 (private landlord so no agency or fees)
