Very large room in shared house Southville

Large room available in large Victorian house in Southville. Currently have 2 girls and 2 boys including myself. I mainly stay in Yeovil but occasionally I'm in Bristol so have an area downstairs I stay in. The other housemates are all very lovely, polite and tidy. We all get along really well and occasionally have drinks out or BBQs in the garden. We are all professionals so most the time people are working out during the day but sometimes work from home. The house location is perfect for walking into town only takes about 10 mins to Whapping Wharf and 15 mins to the centre. About a 5 min walk to tobacco factory and North Street which has loads of nice cafes, shops and restaurants/bars. Takes about 20 mins to walk to Temple Meads station. There's always stuff going on locally so loads to do and see. The house is really relaxed and tidy inside and everyone works well together so we take it in turns for cleaning and stuff like that. Looking for someone polite and tidy seeking a 6 or 12 month tenancy. There is no parking available with the property however we get so many free passes for parking and can then buy more at a discounted rate plus free on Sundays. Hard to show with the pictures how big the room really is but it's the largest in the house and gives you plenty of space for a work area and sofa etc. All bills are included in the rent, we don't have a TV license in the house because none of us watch live TV we just use streaming. I will have to arrange viewings for when I am in Bristol or have my mum show you around the property or one of the housemates if I'm not available.
