Double room available in Southmead in a peaceful, cosy 2 bed modern house. The house is a 20 minute walk to Southmead Hospital, 10 minute drive to Cribbs Causeway and has easy access to the centre of town, Whiteladies road and Gloucester road.
The room can come furnished or unfurnished and has a built in wardrobe. You will have access to a shared living room and kitchen, bathroom, downstairs loo, garden and balcony. There is also a parking space available for you.
You will be sharing with me - a live-in landlord (37 yr old female professional). There is also a small resident dog called Pedro. I'm looking for someone who's clean and tidy and respectful.
