Our current flatmate is moving out of our flat on the 12th June and we are looking for someone to take over the tenancy for 5 months (June 12th until 12th November).
The flat is located just off Whiteladies Road and is a 5 minute walk to Clifton Down train station. There is a big Sainsbury’s right next to the station as well as a number of other smaller supermarkets nearby. It’s also a 5 minute walk up to the downs and around 20 mins walk into the city centre.
The flat has a private garden with outdoor furniture and the shared living area is fully furnished with sofas, a dining table and a TV. The kitchen has: An Oven/Hob, an Air Fryer, a Fridge Freezer, a Washing Machine and a Tumble dryer.
The bedroom pictured is the one available and comes unfurnished. It is a decent size and can easily fit a double/king sized bed. You would be sharing the main bathroom with Mat as my room has an en suite.
Mat (26) and myself (27) both work full time jobs as a Civil Engineer and Energy System Analyst respectively. Mat is partly WFH and I am full time in the office. We are both very laid back and enjoy watching TV/Football, playing board games or chilling with our partners. Mat and I also play hockey regularly. We like to try and keep the kitchen and living room clean and tidy.
We are looking for a full/part time professional who is (ideally) a similar age to us with similar interests.
The rent is currently £750pm, however when we approach the landlord to update the tenancy this may increase (hopefully not). We will keep you fully updated if the landlord does decide to increase the rent.
Bills (including council tax) are approx. £190pm each on top of rent. This includes Wifi, Water, Gas, Electric + Council Tax.
