Top Floor Double Room, off Whiteladies Road

Hi!

We are looking for a fourth flatmate to share our three bed flat, just off Whiteladies Road.

We are three young professionals who are social, tidy and easygoing. In our free time, we enjoy exploring Bristol, playing sports, games nights, and trips to the pub (and the occasional pub quiz)! On weekends we are often hiking, camping, or travelling.

The flat is in an excellent location! It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to Clifton Down train station and bus stops that connect directly to the Centre. Shops, pubs, and Clifton Down park are all within walking distance!

We are looking for a flatmate who would fit well with our group dynamic. Ideally, we would like a someone who has similar interests to us and is up to joining in! But also respecting each others space and is willing to help keep shared spaces tidy.

The room is a double, complete with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelves.

There is a shared kitchen, living / dining room and bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge and freezer, along with a washing machine / dryer.

Bills are not included, they come out to about £110/month and cover the following:

Water, gas and electricity

TV & WiFi

Council Tax (band C)
