Large double room in chill, friendly houseshare

The bedroom is massive and is on the ground floor with French doors opening out onto our small, secure back garden/patio.

It comes furnished as shown in the pictures - we also have a spare mattress (in good condition) and table (large enough to use as a work desk) stored upstairs, which we can bring down for you if needed.

There's a small shower & toilet room on the ground floor and another bathroom upstairs.

Bills + council tax come to around £150 per month.

Housemates are Lou and Rachel, both she/her. We both work for homelessness charities, Rachel in tech and me on the front line. We're friendly, very chill and easygoing, so looking for someone similar. We have our separate lives but get on well and might have the occasional house dinner or go out for a drink. We'd like to generally keep the house calm and quiet, especially as I work nights so sometimes need to sleep during the day.

We'd ideally like someone to move in asap, but are also keen to find someone who is a good fit and who we can get on well with.
