We have a gorgeous double room to rent in our luxury family home in Bristol. Furnished with a double bed, fitted wardrobe and a desk with chair for those who might work from home. Shared communal areas include a very large kitchen diner, lounge with use of 2 bathrooms and a large south facing garden.

The house is a well kept family home, very modern, stylish and clean. The kitchen is well equipped with all mod cons, plenty of cupboard space and a large American fridge freezer and dishwasher. We also have a separate laundry room which houses a new washing machine and tumble dryer.
Ample parking spaces on the drive.
We would happily welcome a respectful student and are only a 15 minute drive away from the UWE campus in Filton. We also have a friendly dog and cat.
