Quiet Mon-Fri Double Room with Parking

Hiya 🖐

My name is Charlotte and I have a double room (with double bed) available in my 3-bed family home.

The house is approximately a 4-minute walk to bus stops into the centre (43/42/41) or to Temple Meads (number 16), and a 5–10 minute walk to Kingswood High Street with plenty of shops and cafes and you can catch buses to Fishponds, Bath, Keynsham, etc.
Rhe closest gym is 3 minutes away and a 5 min walk from the Rose and Crown (voted bristols best roast dinner 😋)

There is a garden you are welcome to use
There is a pebble driveway available for parking.
Garage storage is available for a bike and larger items may negotiated.

I'm a friendly and sociable person, but I do keep busy with work, running the house, the gym, other hobbies, and seeing friends.
I have a black cat (also 9!). She can be a little shy and skittish at first, but loves cuddles once she feels comfortable 🐈‍⬛️

I'm ideally looking for a Monday–Friday lodger. However, I’d alsp be happy with someone who works shifts and is lodging for a few days at a time before returning home. For example, my previous lodger stayed 5 days and then went home for 3 (and repeated), which worked really well for everyone.
It could also suit someone who works during the week but is often away on weekends, perhaps staying with a partner, etc.
Whilst I do have friends rounds, its often 1 at a time for dunner, groups of friends round isn't that often and almost certainly weekends. It's not a party house, more a family home vibe.
This would suit a professional looking for a calm quiet space.

I'm looking for a clean as you go respectful, and all-round lovely person to join our home
