Our lodger has recently moved out to move to New Zealand and we are looking for a new lodger. We are thinking of putting the property on the market within the next 6 months but will give lots of notice if this does happen and then could take a while to sell and complete. We are flexible and open to short term stays or rolling month by month in case either parties situation changes. All bills included.
