6 Bedroom House in Horfield, Available from August

This is a 6 bedroom house in Horfield. It will be available from August. (Small chance to move in sooner if the current housemates vacate early.)

The house has 2 bathrooms, a decent kitchen, and all the bills (bar TV licence) are included in the rent, which is £750 a month.

The house is by Filton Abbey Wood train station, and there are bus routes close by that take you to town through Gloucester Road.

I'm looking for mature people in their 20-30s who want a clean, quiet, and tidy place to call home. People who like recycling more than raves. Veggie preferred. Definitely not looking at creating a party house. (I'm specifically moving from a rather chaotic house, so the more overly considerate the housemates I can find, the better.)

About me: I'm 29, queer, vegan, and love to be creative. So it goes without saying that the house won't do well with any sort of homophobia, transphobia, racism, etc.

We also accept people who receive DSS. The house is unfortunately not suitable for couples, pets, or undergrads - personal preference.
