Furnished double room

Hi, I'm Maria and I have a spare double room in my house to rent out! I'm looking for a flatmate who'd like to be good friends as well as living together, as there's lots of shared space. The house and bedroom are fully furnished - the bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes with full mirrors and a large chest of drawers. It's all white as the moment so easy to make your own :)

The house is near to both Filton Abbey Wood station and Parkway, as well as a big Asda and Sainsbury's. There are bus stops a two minute walk away, so it's easy to get into town. I'm also a 20 minute walk from Southmead hospital, so it would be ideal if you worked there!

I'm currently working and part time studying, so I have a pretty busy week, but I'm up for sharing meals after work, and watching a good show together!

The house has a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a dishwasher. I also have a garage so there is a decent amount of space if there is anything you'd need to store out of the bedroom. Council tax is included in the rent, and water and energy bills are currently £50 on top.
The room would be available until December this year.
