Seeking cat friendly lady lodger

Double room

Tia the cat, Cheryl, and myself are looking for a mature female lodger to share our home.

We have a large communal living room with a real working open fire, shared kitchen with two dishwashers (so on need to empty), good sized enclosed rear garden with patio, garage and limited off street parking. Wifi and all bills are included.

We have two rooms to choose from, the large room is about 13' by 13' and has a double bed, desk and other furniture. The smaller room has a cabin bed with desk and plenty of storage.

The bathroom has just been refitted and looks new. The toilet is separate to the bathroom and we have a combi boiler so we never run out of hot water for the shower.

We make communal bread sometimes and socialise around the fire or in the garden, but we are also very respectful of each others space. House trips to the shops happen once in a while and everyone is responsible for helping take care of Tia the cat.
