Friendly Live-In Ladylady: Double Room Henleaze

Good morning/afternoon all,
As seen in the video and updated room photos. All bills included in the price of £800.00 a month.
The room:
-Double Bed and Mattress provided (bedding not included)
-IKEA wardrobe
-Chest of draws
-Desk and chair overlooking a window

-Can you please let me know if you Work From Home or go into office?

The kitchen and lounge are communal and spacious. The bathroom is shared with myself and is kept clean.

Location wise, it is perfect, 5 minutes walk from the Downs, Henleaze highstreet on your doorstep and bus links to town, Southmead hospital or MoD/Filton are also easy.

I would be a live in landlady but I am friendly and fun but also professional. I'm looking for a respectful, professional person who is like-minded so would like us to have a meet/viewing in person beforehand so we both know we get on well. I'm sporty, like going to the pub with mates if you fancy joining and maybe we could occasionally cook together. No pets due to block management rules. Also someone who is tidy (clean as you go) and respectful. No couples please.
