Double Room in Hanham / Kingswood

A large double room is becoming available as my current housemate is moving out to live with his girlfriend.

The house is currently shared by two of us (friends), and we’re looking for a third housemate who is easy-going, tidy, and respectful. Ideally, you’d be someone who enjoys being social from time to time but also has your own independent routine.

The room can be offered furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference. All items shown in the current photos will be removed, but I’m happy to provide furniture if needed. You’re also welcome to decorate the room within reason to make it your own. It’s a large ish room, roughly 4m x 3.20m.

I’ve only been in the house for about a year and have been gradually improving it. There are plans to continue updating things, including the garden and potentially the kitchen further down the line.

The street itself is quiet, with convenient on-street parking available.

Location-wise, it’s about a 10-minute walk to Hanham for bus links, or around 15 minutes in the other direction to Kingswood. There’s also a small nature reserve at the end of the road, which is great for walks. It’s a nice quiet street and the room has views out over the hills.
