New housemate needed

Hi! I’m looking for a like‑minded housemate to share the home I currently rent. A bit about me: I’m an outgoing, positive person who loves staying active, whether that’s hitting the gym, playing padel, or just keeping busy, but I’m equally social and enjoy going out with friends and partying or to a gig. I work hard in IT sales and value a healthy balance between work, fitness, and having fun.
The house itself is a great space and will be mostly unfurnished, giving you the chance to make it feel like home. It’s really well located: David Lloyd gym is just 3 miles away, there’s a bus stop 1 mins walk away that gets you into Bristol city centre in around 10–15 minutes, and runs very 15 minutes. Bristol Parkway is only about a mile away.
The available room is very spacious and comes with your own bathroom. I take pride in keeping the house clean and tidy and would love to live with someone who feels the same.
