Spacious double room in Fishponds massive garden!

Hello! My name is Hector I’m a 39 y. o. Electrical engineer. I’ve been working on this house refurbishment for 3.5 years and it’s finally finished. It’s a lovely spacious property now, with 5 bedrooms and a huge side garden. Living with myself (full time) and another 2 part time flatmates, 36 and 42. The room is available immediately and comes furnished with a bed and mattress. There is tonnes of storage, inbuilt wardrobes and a chest of drawers. Bills and internet is included in the price. Modest deposit of £100 is required. The house is pretty chill atm as I am the only full time occupant, so am looking for someone quite fun and vibrant who can bring life and soul to the space and make it their own. About me, my hobbies are mainly around music - listening, DJing, playing guitar. I also like hiking, travelling, and movies. No real preference on M/F, am just looking for the right energy 😊 Occasionally there are parties in the house but overall it’s a quiet place of routine and peaceful relaxation. There are two living rooms and a kitchen, so plenty of spaces for different things to be going on also if you have friends round etc. looking for a stable long term person, to become a friend and valued member of the house.
