The photos show the current lodger’s set-up and furniture, which they will be taking with them. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. We can provide a bed, hanging rail, chest of drawers and bedside table if needed.

The house
It is a cosy, lived-in home with a kitchen-diner with wood burner, a bathroom with a bath (and shower, of course), and a south-facing garden.

* 2-minute cycle to the bike path
* On the number 6 bus route, plus lots more from Fishponds
* About a 10-minute walk to Fishponds high street

About us
You would be living with Esther (31) and Ava (3 months old). We enjoy being in the garden, getting out into green spaces, and cooking good food with friends. We are a calm and friendly household. Day to day it’s a calm home, with a mix of doing our own thing, pottering, and the occasional shared meal.
