Bright Double Room in Cosy Home

Hi,
Spacious furnished double bedroom with a double bed, plenty of natural light, and room for a small sofa, desk and table (as shown in the photos), plus good storage.
I’m a single mum living with my two boys (8 and 12), sharing care 50/50 with their other mum — so half the time it’s a busy family home, and the other half it’s surprisingly quiet!
We also have a rescue dog, Raven, and a cat, Gioia — so you definitely need to like animals (Raven might ignore you at first… then suddenly decide you’re her best friend).
I’m a fitness instructor, so life is quite active. I love cooking, being outdoors, and spending time with friends.
My youngest is into animals and science, and the older one loves basketball and video games.
We’re early birds during the week (school + work), and evenings are usually pretty chilled.
There’s also a garden, parking space, and garage storage if you have a bike.

I’m looking for someone respectful, tidy and easy-going who’s happy living in a part time family home. ☺️
