- Fully equipped kitchen with designated cupboard and fridge/freezer space per room
- First floor bathroom shared between three sharers plus separate ground floor WC
- One ensuite room available — ask for details
- Driveway space for one car (first come, first served) plus unrestricted on-street parking
- Visiting house manager cleans communal areas daily
- Fast business-grade WiFi throughout

- 4-week bookings receive a £10 per week discount (4 + week price advertised)
- £60 non-refundable reservation fee to secure your room (Deducted from FIrst payment)
- Balance due on arrival
- Weekly payments due by Wednesday midday for the following week
