Large double room to rent in Eastville

Hello,

We have a bright large double room to rent in a 4 bed house in Eastville and are looking for a Lodger. Rent includes bills which comes to around £700. We have a dog who is very friendly and loves people. We are a very relaxed and friendly household too. There is a sitting room/kitchen/dining room, spare room for having people over to stay and garden. All of us are busy workers but try to have coffee/food and drinks together when we can. The house is fairly quiet during the week due to our busy schedules but generally everyone plans things on the weekends and occasionally go out. We are open to short and long term lets for the room. There are loads of great walks around Eastville park and surrounding areas such as Snuff Mills. Living in the house there are three adults and Bodhi the dog. I work away during the week so I am only really around on the weekends. The room can be furnished or unfurnished, if furnished we have a double bed, lamp, mirror and very large wardrobe that can be left in the room.
