Furnished Double room available for summer

The room

Hi my name is B and I’m looking for someone to sublet my room for 3 months over the summer (June-September) whilst I am away working festivals.

The room:
A bright, furnished room with a double bed, desk and open wardrobe(can be removed if you prefer more space). Window overlooks the garden so away from the noise of the street.

The house:
-large shared living room
-large kitchen with big American style fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher
-garden
-2 bathrooms
-10 minute walk to Stapleton road/Lawrence hill train station
-council tax band A
-2 minute walk to the Plough 🙌

Who you’ll be living with:
You’ll be living with my 3 lovely housemates-
Federico (He/Him) a real calming energy. He works for the Uni, big into fitness so will either find him at the gym or a dnd session
Rosa (They/Them) is a extremely chatty artist working part time in events and involved in running the cube cinema
Stefano (He/Him) is a photographer who works part time in a cafe, loves cats and going out dancing
All very friendly welcoming people and easy to live with. It’s a good mix of being social, hanging out, cooking together, going for a drink etc but also respect each others personal space and downtime.

Looking for:
Someone easy-going, c, ran and respectful whos happy to fit into a relaxed house vibe.
