Room available in friendly 4-bed flat share

We’re looking for someone to take over a room in our relaxed and sociable 4-person flat share in Clifton, just a short walk from Clifton Down Shopping Centre.

The flat is split across two floors, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on each level, so there’s a good balance of shared living and personal space.

You’ll be living with three friendly, easy-going professionals who’ve all been friends for nearly 10 years. We enjoy socialising together from time to time, so we’re looking for someone who’s up for the occasional chat or drink, but also values their own space and independence.

Details:
- 3-month sublet until the end of the current contract (August to end of October)
- Opportunity to sign on for a longer-term lease afterwards but please note that all current housemates are planning to leave in November (mixture of travelling/remaining pair to move in together)
- Great Clifton location near shops, cafes, and green space
- Deposit required + 1 month’s rent upfront
-£600 monthly rent, bills £50-150 depending on time of year
-Unfurnished but all furniture in pictures is available to purchase
