Single room for short term let May and June

I am looking for a lodger for a short term let for up to 2 months but happy to look at shorter-term or flexible weeknight options.

I have a spare single room which comes fully furnished with bed, desk, drawers and a small amount of hanging space. It is suitable for somebody who doesn't need to store lots of stuff. All bills are included.

The flat is is located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful Georgian home with stunning views across the City. There is a cosy shared living room with dining area, sofa & TV and a fully fitted kitchen with oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee grinder and washer dryer. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.

I am easy-going and am happy to socialise or happy if you prefer your own space. I work from home 4 days a week so am ideally looking for a lodger who is out during the day.

I have had lots of lodgers who have loved the room and it has generally worked well for those visiting Bristol for work or studies, or those who need a short-term place to stay.
