I have a large double en suite bath/shower garden room with access to private garden.
The property is a large maisonette with all mod cons.
Smeg, Dualit etc. Microwave, WM, all cooking essentials.
Kitchen, Dining room, Large lounge, Garden. (private)
Full alarm and fire system in place
Shared with owner.

The room will be fully furnished with fresh bedding and towels that will be laundered each week and the room cleaned.

Other considerations -
Parking permit area - can be purchased for £1.30 a day
I have 1 cat. No access to the room.
I smoke in the garden
Private bicycle storage if required
Cook fresh meals everyday....!! So could provide meals.

I am easy going and flexible, as I am on days required and cost to suit. Its more about the right person. i work in the hair/beauty industry.
***i would be open to consider a student who is looking for an alternative to a studio flat, student house share and somewhere with privacy and a quality of cleanliness, peace and upkeep.
***Also a professional may be an option for full time or short let. Either would need to not have lots of possessions as there is not suitable space/storage other than regular clothes and reasonable personal items,
Mon - Fri - personal items can be kept in the room over the weekend
Cost for full time would reviewed and would depend on requirements and Council Tax eligibility.
