Large double room. Brislington Dog people only 💜

I am looking for someone to share my 3 bed house in brislington. Likely to be a relatively short term let 3-6 months
Close to bus routes, walking distance to the center of Bristol , several lovely walks very close by

The room is a large double, relatively recently decorated with a new carpet. Fully furnished (bed, drawers, desk and built in wardrobe)
Shared bathroom which has been newly renovated

Large garden with a patio and space to sit relax drink and off course BBQ In the summer

Lots of on Street parking currently, and an off road space at the back that is a working progress. There's also several ground anchors for motorbikes and a secure brick shed for push bikes

I'm Gabby and I live here with my two Dalmatians. They are very well behaved but super friendly and excitable, so a dog person is a must. Would consider a housemate with a pet, as long as they get along with mine.

I work shifts (long days and nights) but am very talented at sleeping through almost anything. I'd like my house mate to be considerate of me when I'm sleeping in the day and understanding of me coming in and out at odd hours. My home is very relaxed and easy going. I'd like someone who is happy to chat and socialise or just hang out and watch a movie together but I also like my own company especially after a run of nights!

Suited to a professional or student. Shift workers very welcome.
I would prefer a single person but will consider a couple. I would ask an additional £150pcm for bills to cover additional utilities usage and wear and tear on the room.

The house is currently on the market but the market is SLOOOWW currently!
This would be a 1 month rolling contract, I will keep you updated with updates (if any) on the progress of any potential sale. It won't be any less than 3 months availability but likely to be much longer.
