The room is a sunny, newly decorated double, with a lovely view, in our cosy family home, 5 minutes walk from the Gloucester Road, in Bishopston. Excellent transport links and local shops.

You would be sharing with myself, my 9 year old daughter and our (huge) cat.

The room is in the loft, which gives you a little privacy.

The shower room is next to the bedroom and is shared, but mainly for you, so there are no problems in the mornings (my daughter uses a different bathroom). Use of shared kitchen and garden.

The room has a desk, 2 chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe.

Sorry, it's not suitable for couples.

Available for just over a year.
