We're a professional household of 3 people between the ages of 25-33. We're looking for a new 4th housemate as our long-term housemate is moving abroad.

More about THE FLAT:

It's a three-bedroom maisonette, with a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom. The kitchen is fully kitted out with cookware and appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, air fryer, nutribullet etc. There's a dehumidifier for drying washing quickly in the winter.

The living room has a giant beanbag, a TV, floor space to stretch out, and a sofa long enough for the occasional guest to sleep over on.

There's one shared bathroom, the shower has good water pressure, and in nearly 3 years of co-living we've never had to fight for access thanks to staggered start times in the mornings.

I own the flat and share a room with my partner. The second room is taken by our female housemate. We all work standard 9-5 hours and often have activities in the evenings, but we like to catch up through the week when we're sharing space. We intentionally get together once a month for a house meal / games night.
