Large Room with in a Bright and Relaxed Home

The room

After a year living in this wonderful home I am sadly moving on to a new place. The house is really modern and has all the amenities you could need. There is a nice garden which gets loads of sun in summer and it is located a really short walk away from the delights of North Street.

You’ll be living with Helen and G:

Helen (She/Her)
Helen is training to be a psychotherapist and a great housemate to live with. She works 9-5 currently for an essential oils brand and loves cooking up a storm in the kitchen!

G (They/Them)
G is a new and very welcome addition to the house. They work in theatre and film and are bring gods vibes to the house.

The general vibe of the house is fairly relaxed but we like to socialise and chit chat throughout the day.

The house itself comes furnished, has both a separate living room as well as kitchen/ diner.

The room comes furnished with a bed, mattress and the built in storage. The built in storage has a clothes rail and chest of drawers inside. Happy to consider getting rid of things if absolutely needed. You’ll be sharing the middle floor bathroom (bath and shower) with 1 other person.

Bills come to about £175 so it would be £850 including bills and deposit is £500. Landlord is super chill and always quick to fix things - please note contract is from 1st June and we can arrange move date between us as I have some flexibility if needed.
