Rent would be £850pcm, if couple £1000pcm and 2/3 of bills.
I am a student and would rather another student but also not a dealbreaker and can come to an arrangement with council tax. Apologies not currently aware of council tax band as exempt from paying.
I am vegetarian so would of course rather another vegetarian but not a dealbreaker by any means.
