The house is located 5 minutes walk from town centre and beach, train station and bus stop. Walking distance to university and college, and short bus journey to University Hospital Ayr. Please note that there is limited parking due to residential restrictions.

Our family home is the upper conversion of the house on the first and second floor. It's a very spacious house. The room advertised is located on the second floor away from our family rooms, so it will feel very private and separate from us if wished. We also have 2 small dogs who are both rescues and are nervous with strangers. They are very friendly once they get to know you, so it's important that you like dogs and take time to get to know them.

References are required, and a disclosure check is preferred. Students welcome. Minimum term 6 months.
