The room has its own sink and access to the garden via its a little conservatory. It is a lovely bright room.

Ideally looking for someone for short term let, or Monday - Friday but I am happy to consider everyone. Happy to discuss all arrangements. Would be ideal for someone working in Aberdeen during the week or a Phd/Post doc student.
Must be tidy and considerate. LGBTQ+ friendly.

About me:
I am a friendly person, I work full time and in my spare time I like being out of the housel cycling, and generally being outdoors, going to the gym, cooking or sometimes just lounging on the sofa watching a show.
