Peaceful Home, Long Term Stay Wanted.

My name is Donna and im on here with my son Cash(23. medical student and cyber security freelancer) we've been travelling for a while and need to find a base, long term preferred. We return from Thailand on the 15th of April.
I would like a garden or private area as that is my trade and would like In the future to get a small dog. 2 beds with garden would be great. Im classed as disabled however im not crippled and do not need any home modification.
I have large deposits and references as i have no guarantor, one even from Reverend Smith who I resided in the Rectory for 2 years.
I like quiet and peace, living in a hectic area or clicky environment is no interest to me.
I do smoke but never inside the home and would not want to live with constant smoke.
