Dog owner looking for a large double w/ ensuite

Hey all, I’m looking for either a one-bed flat or a large double room with an ensuite in a friendly, relaxed house share.

I come as a duo with my lovely samoyed- he’s well-trained, housetrained, hypoallergenic, and genuinely one of the friendliest and cutest dogs you’ll ever meet. He has never chewed or destroyed anything besides his toys (he’s a dream). We also keep everything very clean.

I’m sociable, open-minded, and very respectful of other people’s space. I work in marketing and as a chef, and I’m working towards becoming an interior designer, so my schedule can be a bit varied. In my free time I love cooking for friends, watching series, hiking with my dog, going to gigs, galleries and the gym, cycling, or having a good pub night or movie night in.

Ideally the flat/room would be part-furnished, with at least a large bed and large wardrobe, and space for my large desk too. A garden, dishwasher and a bath are essentials for us.

Looking to move in May (early to mid), but I’m open to earlier or later dates and flexible on budget if it’s the right fit.

For buddy-ups:
I’m open to teaming up with people who are dog-friendly (and will be alright at home alone with my dog sometimes), relaxed, tidy (but don’t care if a mug is left on the side of the sink for a little while), and want to create a warm, respectful home. As a chef, I have a lot of kitchen items, so you’d need to be all good with a full (but organised) kitchen. I’m very flexible with other people’s work schedules/lifestyles, and I’m looking for the same from any flatmate/s. The only dealbreakers are if you don’t like dogs and expect someone to be out of the house all the time!

My dog can live with other pets, but they will need to be introduced slowly. Unfortunately, he can’t live with female dogs that haven’t been spade as he’s a teenager and hasn’t been neutered yet!
