Double Room Wanted Pref with Separate Bathroom

Looking to rent a double room with an ensuite, with no more than one other person residing at the property. A train station within walking distance of the property, along with a calm, peaceful environment, would be a perfect match.

I consider myself a very clean, tidy, and easygoing person who respects any property I rent and would like to share a flat with someone of a similar disposition. I also enjoy my own space and privacy, but I'm happy to chat and get to know flatmates over a meal and/or a drink.

I'm not sure this information is essential, but it may be for some landlords when choosing a prospective tenant/lodger. My parents are originally from Southeast Asia (my father is from Hong Kong, and my mother is mixed. I was born in Brighton, but from a young age, I was raised in Cardiff, and unfortunately, I do have a Welsh accent, which I feel is a bit like marmite -you either love or hate it Lol.
