Hi,
We are a professional couple - both are research scientists at the University of Nottingham. With a budget of £800 including bills, we are looking for a house (preferred) or flat to rent with two bedrooms, a separate kitchen and bathroom (could be ensuite, but not studio), a small garden or conservatory, and a parking space for a car.
Location: within 2.5 miles of NG7 2UH (Queen Medical Centre, University of Nottingham).
We are both educated, tidy, organised and considerate people.
