Looking for Quiet Studio or Houseshare 🌸

i'm bethany (they/them) and i'm looking for a new home ideally in the falmouth/penryn area, though i may consider other areas for the right place. it would be lovely to live with people i could get along with as friends and could hang out with at home as and when :)

i am neurodivergent and disabled. i have recently been diagnosed with ME/CFS and am looking for somewhere to live where i can rest and recover my health. i am also losing my mobility, so need to live in a household that i can get around easily, ideally on the ground floor but this isn't essential. room with space for a desk and use of communal areas a must as i'll be at home pretty much 24/7 and can no longer just live on a bed.

home owner or housemates must be comfortable with me paying rent and bills with UC, as i am currently out of work due to my disability. must also allow my PA to help me with my domestic duties a couple times a week, as i am currently too unwell to be fully independent.

needs to be in a fairly quiet location and household ideally quiet too, as i am very noise sensitive. however, i am a musician, so must also allow guitar playing and singing! would be cool to live with another musician or an artist of any kind :)

also, i adore cats! so if you have any, it is inevitable that i will befriend and bond with them :) it would be a dream to adopt my own so if you allow that then that would be a bonus.
