A Quiet but social person

Hi,

I am friendly professional female. I am looking for a room to let near Plymouth hospital. I will need it on a flexible basis as I wont be at the property all the time. E. g. away on weekends, or away on holidays. General work pattern is Monday to Thursday. But on occasion due to work demands will be on on-call once every 3 months, work on Monday mornings, or Friday (so being able to travel accordingly).
So would suit someone who wants to utilise rent a room to get income, but not someone all the time there.
Would love ensuite, but likely to use my gym too.
