Hello, I am looking for an accommodation in Newport area, or Cardiff around CF11 8DG.
I am in a full time employment and have early shift, 7am/3pm Monday- Fridays, so I'll be up early at mornings and in bed early at nights. On weekends I like to socialize and the odd glass of wine or maybe two, but not normally drink and do not smoke at all.
I am a quite and clean person.
I am looking for a double furnished rooms ( en suite ) to rent or if you think you, please contact me, my budget is up to 700/ month, all bills included.
I'd prefer to find a couple in their 60/70's or a single lady, no single men. no student house share. Preferably no smokers.
