Creative individual seeking room in Brighton

I am a creative professional, working as a freelance writer, educator, and consultant in the wellness industry, as well as playing in a band in my spare time (I don't practice music in the house however)

I'm looking for a peaceful house where I can do my own thing, but still enjoy the company of housemates. I appreciate a nice morning routine and will often spend a lot of time at the house working from home.

I'd like to find a room with friendly like-minded housemates who enjoy creativity and good conversation, but also appreciate solitude and being close to nature.
I would to find somewhere with decent transport links and ideally away from busy traffic noise/A-roads
