I'm over retirement age but am still working: I'm a teacher. I'm quiet, reliable, non-smoker (of course) and non-drinker, and a vegan. I like reading, music (opera) and learning languages. I can't afford a very high rent. Would very much like bills to be included, but this isn't essential. I'm OK with sharing bathroom, kitchen. I would prefer north and west London but would consider anywhere. There is no maximum length of stay.
