Nyc to London postgrad looking for flatshare

Moving to London to study for a masters at Goldsmiths, prev. was living and working in nyc doing finance. Will be flying in around August and focusing on places in Peckham / Deptford / Brockley / New Cross.

I’m neat and sort out my own mess, will probably be out most of the time walking around the city and exploring but still down for a flatshare that feels like a flatshare re: going for brunches / the pub. Prefer a friendly vibe whether that’s relaxed and chill or more of a party house - I’m flexible and will read the room :).
