1 bed property needed

I’m a single 56 year old professional with a senior management career looking for a 1 bedroom furnished property. I work from home some days and travel for work other days. Ideally prefer a property with bills included in Lincoln or within 15 mile radius.
I’m a clean tidy and quiet person. Rental price flexible depending on the property.
Must haves:
Car park, good WiFi, good size work desk / workstation, good quality bed, good quality amenities (bathroom, kitchen).
Will consider sharing a property with one person if it’s spacious enough.
