i’m 23 (female) looking to either find a room or buddy up with another girl to get a place together in east london.
ideally looking around E1, E14, E16 + maybe SE2, but open to nearby areas with good transport.

💸 budget + move
budget is around £1250 incl bills (can flex a bit for the right place tbh)
looking to move around september but happy to start chatting from now + find the right person/place first

ideally an ensuite but not a dealbreaker if the flat is nice
would love a modern, clean flat (gym / concierge / workspace is a big bonus!!)
i’ll be wfh 2 days a week so def need a calm + comfy space during the week

starting a full-time grad role in july, fully employed + can pass referencing
pretty chill during the week – work, gym (usually mornings), then just relax
weekends i like to:
* go run club (5k/10k vibes 🏃🏽‍♀️)
* cookouts / brunch / link up with friends
* or just reset + chill
i also love reading at night when i get home

🧼 living style (very important lol)
i’m big on keeping the place clean + tidy (like cleaning as we go type of vibe)
also into meal prepping, so kitchen space matters a bit
would love to live with someone who’s also respectful of shared spaces
happy to chat + figure out routines for cleaning / bills / etc together
