Looking for a female housemate

I’m looking for a housemate to rent a place in the Manchester area, ideally in the North East part of the city from 1st of July 2026. I’m a full‑time professional working on a hybrid schedule. I enjoy going out on weekends from time to time, but I also really value a calm, comfortable home environment.

I’m hoping to find someone who’s sociable but also respectful of personal space and not overly loud. I have a cat, who stays with me every other month, so I’d prefer a housemate without pets, as she doesn’t get along well with other animals.

I already have my own bed and desk, so an unfurnished property would be ideal.
