Professional Looking for Comfortable Midweek Room

Hello,

I am a working professional looking for a comfortable, quiet room to rent midweek ( Monday to Friday but mostly only 3 nights ) in the Walton / Burton upon Trent / Derby area for approximately 6 months.

I have recently taken up a senior role with a company based locally and will be working from the office during the week, returning home at weekends. Because of this, the room would only be used around 3 nights per week, making me a very low-impact and easy tenant.

What I’m ideally looking for:

• Clean, comfortable double room
• Quiet house with respectful housemates or a live-in landlord
• Parking available
• Reliable Wi-Fi for occasional evening work
• Within a reasonable distance of Walton / Burton upon Trent

About me:

• Senior professional
• Clean, tidy and respectful
• Non-smoker
• Very predictable schedule (midweek only)
• Happy to provide references if required

I’m looking for somewhere comfortable and relaxed rather than a party house, and I’m happy to consider either a house share or a room with a live-in landlord.
