27 year old professional seeking a social flat

Hi! My name is Emma, I'm a 27-year-old civil engineer relocating to Edinburgh from New Zealand for a job starting in June, and I'm looking for a room to call home.

I'm looking for somewhere with a friendly, sociable atmosphere - ideally living with people who are up for the occasional shared meal or evening in, but equally respectful of each other's space and downtime.

In my spare time I love getting outdoors - hiking, biking, and exploring - I'm also just as happy curled up with a book, doing some crochet, or watching a show. I'd describe myself as tidy, easygoing, and genuinely invested in making wherever I live feel like a proper home.

What I'm looking for:
- Double room in a friendly flatshare
- Edinburgh central or good transport links (ideally north/central - I'll be working near the Botanic Gardens)
- Available from late May
- Up to £850/month excluding bills
- Long-term preferred
