Single parent looking for a professional flat mate

Hi all,
I’m a single parent of 2 1/2 happy boy. I’m exploring the option of finding a single person to buddy up for a two bedroom. A one bed is completely unaffordable and you don’t get much for your money!
I’m responsible, organized, and part time employed as a fashion designer and freelance design consultant.
My son is in nursery twice a week, and twice a week with his father. He’s happy, confident, and very friendly.
Ideally, looking for a person who is comfortable around children, calm, clean, and employed. Though I don’t expect default childcare. I respect everyones boundaries though my son might not :p
